In response to the suggestion, the Home Treatment Team performed a comprehensive evaluation on Miss Kelly's current functioning and mental state. The review included a comprehensive medical history and physical exam. The review also included a comprehensive psychological assessment, a family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnosis interview.
